Shadowchaser

There was a time not long ago
When light was shining on my path
Without a scar and innocent I was
Then night approached so suddenly
And took my innocence away
And left me shattered in its dark embrace

I chase a distant shadow
Of what used to be my life
But now it´s far beyond what I can reach
I´ve travelled long, I´ve travelled far
Through wasted lands and wicked towns
And caused destruction when I was around
